浅黄色细松粉末。微有蛋白胨气味。极易吸湿。易溶于水,不溶于乙醚和甲醇。
本品系由酪蛋白经酸水解而成,含有大量氨基酸,适用于敏感培养基的配制及耐盐菌的生长。
Casein hydrolysate(acid) is prepared by the reaction of casein with hydrochloric acid,it contains high availability of amino acids,often used in sensitiveity media and applications where salt tolerant organisms are used.
